Face Massage: Gentle, depending on your skin, using a special oil or cleansing cream

Head Massage: Special oil used for the head and neck. Better blood supply to the scalp relieving nervous tension

Synchronized Massage: Suitable oil is used by two therapists in sync for purification and blood circulation.

Intensive Massage: Alleviates joints and back problems in particular

Shirodhara (Oil jet head treatment): Warm oil jets over the forehead for deep spiritual/ emotional release- Promotes power of concentration & Relieves headaches and insomnia.

Thermo massage: Oil & herbal rice used for blood circulation, skin detoxification and relaxing of muscles.

Herbal Steam bath: Traditional wooden box Suana with 18 heated herbs to warm the body. Rids toxins through perspiration

Herbal inhalation: Loosens phlegm in lungs, nasal and frontal sinuses.

Nasal & Front Sinus Treatment: Drops of ethereal oil are dripped to loosen deposits and hardening in the nasal and frontal sinuses.

Ayurveda Cure Program

The Ayurveda Well-being Cure is a one to two weeks' programme which serves mainly to take care of your health and maintain it, and which refreshes you and strengthens your body’s immunity and healing powers. This cure is for anyone who does not have any specific health problems but is seeking relief from stress of everyday life and would like to maintain or increase efficiency. This cure follows a basic programme of three treatments daily, plus a number of additional treatments tailored to suit your special needs. This purification or beauty program can be combined with a weight-loss diet. You will receive an average of 3 – 4 treatments per day


The Ayurveda Holistic Cure is a two to three weeks' programme for those who have neglected themselves for far too long and feel a need to regenerate the body and soul from head  to toe. This programme, which comprises 13 or more days, included the majority of traditional proven treatments of the Ayurveda healing experience. With this programme, you receive 4 – 5 treatments daily which are prescribed by out consultants.


The Ayurveda Special Cure is a three week course, or longer if required, for the treatment or follow-up treatment of various illnesses. The course of treatment does not follow a specific programme determined in advance but it is put together on individual basis by the consultants. As a general rule, you receive 5 – 8 treatments per day.
