Location: 110 km from Colombo in a quiet area, commanding spectacular view of the centre of the old royal city of Kandy.

Accommodation: 40 rooms with fans and individual air-conditioning of which each  tells its own story, with its distinctive decor. Private balcony and en-suite bath with shower, WC; some with Jacuzzi. The standard rooms are situated on the ground floor, the deluxe and superior rooms are on the upper floors. The superior rooms are larger and have four post beds.

Facilities: Dining rooms, communal and private balconies to wine and dine, bar, drawing room, waiting room, library, gardens with sitting area (for afternoon tea) with spectacular panoramic view of Kandy. Private theatre, cinema showing movies from the 30's including those connected to.
